Runner’s Hamstrings Improve

IT WORKS!

The runner with the severely tight hamstrings is doing much better!

With each visit her pain drops and range of motion improves.  The hamstring is no longer interfering with her training.

Keep it up!

A continued sports massage regimen of stretching, long muscle stripping, cross fiber and trigger point work will allow her to meet her goal of running the half marathon.  I’ll let you know how she does!
